I feel that personally we need to concentrate more on our own country and get that back up on its feet rather than giving away £60 billion every year to other countries.
Yeah! I mean, so what if Africa freezes over or the polar icecaps burst into flame? That doesn’t affect us, does it!

All public toilets should have an attendant if children use the facilities, this should be enforced by law. Children are especially vulnerable in cinemas, parks, funfairs amongst other establishments. Sexual perverts hunt young people in these toilets and damage them forever.
I don’t know what would be creepier: Going into a public toilet and finding it empty, or going into a public toilet to find that there is some strange man staring at you the whole time. The whole time. And it’s not just that public toilet, it’s every public toilet. Every public toilet, everywhere, forever.

I recently complained to Ofcom about something I saw on iPlayer, and had a letter sent back to me saying that they do not regulate on-demand services. I personally see this as a way for television broadcasters to evade certain broadcasting rules & regulations, and I believe Ofcom should step in and sort this out.
Wait, hang on. You saw something you didn’t like on the BBC iPlayer, a service that allows you to select and watch almost any BBC program broadcast over the last seven days, a service that allows you to actually choose what you watch, and you think this is something you should be complaining about? You chose to watch whatever it is offended you! This isn’t flicking through the channels in the morning and hearing someone say “shitballs” on Loose Women, or John Barrowman getting his willy out on the radio. This is you actively choosing to watch something that you later deem offensive.
Idiot.

The United Kingdom claims to protect freedom of religion and freedom of conscience, but this is increasingly being put to the test by various legislation introduced and proposed, including Equality and Diversity legislation, and a proposed Coroners and Justice Bill. Recent cases such as Reigstrar Lillian Ladele, to conduct Civil Partnership Ceremonies (CPCs) and Deputy Registrar Ms Davies in Islington, dropped from her post as Deputy Registrar to receptionist for refusing to work in a way which violated her conscience as a Christian, are in danger of becoming the norm. When orthodox religious opinion on sexual orientation at work and various other ethics, are no longer tolerated by the State in the public and private life of its citizens, and a government fails to see the point of a free speech clause in Bills currently before Parliament that would protect those who hold such views, all citizens everywhere should be alarmed. Everyone who cares about true freedom and open democracy, one with a diversity of opinions in society should be extremely concerned by the way our society is being led without public concensus.
If you refuse to do the job you’re being paid for, you’re going to get sacked. C’mon, Chris. You’re a fucking doctor. I expected more from you.

Sigh. Hello again, Keith.
by keith jones of taxpaying pensioner without political affilation
The number of people who have been left penniless because of government policy over the last 12 years means that many who wish to put themselves forward to challenge the corrupt Members of Parliament currently occupying seats in the House of Commons simply cannot afford to do so. There have been many utterances by socialist politicians about ‘lowering the bar’ so that more people can aspire to be MPs (some even argue that is why they were given tax free allowances and unrestricted access to taxpayer pounds in the form of ‘expenses’ in the first place) but the deposit - and the possibility of losing it - continues to put many people off. Removing the deposit is the only way that corrupt elected representatives being replaced by honest elected representatives is going to be achieved in this country.
Because, AS ANY FULE KNO, the only man that can be trusted is a man with no money whatsoever.

Some of the prices for public transport are just too expensive.. It should be free for all everywhere
I love how the solution to “things are marginally more expensive than I would like them to be” is “let’s make everything free forever!”

to help stag beetle numbers increase and to make people realise killing mini beasts for fun is mean and wrong. It is important to look after our environment and the creatures within it.
“Alright,” said Gordon, his hands cupped around a small insect. “I’ve saved a stag beetle. My work here is done.” Satisfied with a job well done, he leaves the insect sanctuary to take the beetle to a different insect sanctuary, trampling many small bugs on his way out.

After completion they will stay on the reserve list for a minimum of 4 years, While separating the territorial to volunteer reserves, (which can get sent away on tours as the government pleases), and the reserves who are only needed for a time of a mass conflict.
This should make our army one of the biggest army’s in the world, With it’s reserves reaching over 10 million in 10 years. Which should increase respect for us across the world and match other army’s which is a threat to our free country

Soldiers in the Armed Forces, (Airforce, Navy & Army) should have the same working conditions as Police & Firemen = NO Deaths or Injuries in their careers. Due to keeping all appropriate safety measures in place at all times. Such as, eg. In the current wars, collecting up all enemies supply of ammunition and armaments and preventing them from obtaining more from their suppliers. Also by confiscating all ingredients for making home made bombs eg. Fertilizers etc. and dangerous knives and machetes. Then the soldiers would only be worried about the enemy using up their current supply, until they ran out of ammunition. The soldiers would have to keep the area clear. And keep their distance until that time.
Logical conclusion: All of our soldiers are eventually killed because they’re not allowed to hold their weaponry for fear that they might get their hands burnt or something.

In a recent Scottish court ruling the “famine song” was ruled to be racist and the singing of the chorus which asks why Irish people do not feel the need to return home since the famine which brought them here is over is illegal due to the fact that the rest of the words would be known by those hearing it. I believe that, inspite of the judge’s comment that the national anthem of God Save the Queen is not racist, this ruling makes the singing of God save the Queen an illegal act in Scotland due to the verse,
Lord grant that Marshal Wade May by thy mighty aid Victory bring. May he sedition hush, And like a torrent rush, Rebellious Scots to crush. God save the Queen!
Calling on the genocide of a nation of people is far more offensive than asking people of a nation to return home.
Brilliant idea. Except no bugger sings the last verse anymore.
